The Flapper Queen

A Poem by Amanda R.

The flapper queen

Prances a mean Showing her ankles for all to be seen Her bob head looked at all the right men Her girlish charm seeps through the crowd Wild and free is where she will be While her grandma sits in shock at her granddaughter’s folly knees She's wild She's fun She's up for a shot The flapper queen
