Letter to Myself
By Dina N Only the wind as her observer, Freedom under fading skies Sending shrilling notes like unsigned letters, Drifting from uncertain heights. In name promised pain Enough she endured, Therewith bloomed a malady of the heart Possessing no cure. Scarcely inspired To invite the wild into their homes, Shuttering glimpses of a half-moon weaning Over the scraggly moor she roams. Going from town to town, hoping it would just keep going on. Up and down hills, through rivers, over bridges, scenic views I wish I could relive again.

Carried to Bed
By Sunny B And when the black mist is standing at my door My eyes heavy Falling into the cold embrace Of an eternal slumber The sun will creep in As bright as it was all those years ago And the world will be ever saturated with color Whimsical wonders in every corner Not-so toothy grins Followed by incessant laughter Playful excitement for every little thing Not wanting the day to end But when the sun lays to rest And the only light left is from the sallow glow

Even with science, we still don’t really know what time is. We only know how it works. People think changing the world would make it easier to handle, but how do we do that? How do we change the world? How do we try to understand the long vicious cycle we call Time?
