Mentality

Now what I’m talking about is something that might happen to you.

If it does, you will feel it true

When it’s over though, well that’s great

It is something you will appreciate

And yet that mentality goes away for a while

Making it hard yet again to smile

And then a reminder to focus shift

And then the mood does lift

Maybe we listen to sad music to cope

Mentally working toward the mentality of Hope

And then we feel strong again

Our thoughts are once again our friends

That’s what I call Mentality
