If You Made the Sun Gold
If you made the sun gold, it would outshine the hate;
If you outshone the hate, you would make room for peace;
If you made room for peace, the flowers would have time to bloom;
If the flowers had time to bloom, the butterflies would come out;
If the butterflies came out, a dog would chase them into a field;
If a dog chased the butterflies into a field, a child would run outside to play;
If a child ran outside to play, she would get lost in a corn-maze;
If a child got lost in a corn-maze, she would fall asleep alone, under the moon;
If a child fell asleep alone under the moon, tears would fall from her face like shooting stars;
If tears fell from her face like shooting stars, the sun would rise and dry them;
If the sun dried tears, it would beam with pride and turn to gold.

אם תהפוך השמש לזהב
אם תהפוך השמש לזהב, השנאה תכבה;
אם השנאה תיכבה, יתפנה מקום לשלום; אם יתפנה מקום לשלום, יהיה זמן לפרחים לפרוח; אם יהיה זמן לפרחים לפרוח, הפרפרים יגיעו; אם יגיעו הפרפרים,הכלב ירדוף אחריהם בשדה; אם הכלב ירדוף אחרי הפרפרים בשדה, ילדה תרוץ החוצה לשחק; אם הילדה תרוץ החוצה לשחק, היא תלך לאיבוד בשדה התירס; אם הילדה תלך לאיבוד בשדה התירס, היא תירדם שם לבד בתוך הירח; אם הילדה תירדם לבד בתוך הירח, יהיו לה דמעות שנפלו כמו ניצוצי הכוכבים; אם יהיו לילדה דמעות שנפלו כמו ניצוצי הכוכבים,השמש תזרח ותייבש את דמעות הילדה; אם השמש תזרח ותייבש את דמעות הילדה, השמש תהיה גאה; אם השמש תהיה גאה, היא תהפוך לזהב.
