Guarded Señorita

Anonymous

Fettered and Tethered

without fail

Flames and Tempests

within fall

Watched and Restrained

outside walls

Wanton and Ready

inside wails

Her song would be heard one day, when they were ready. Until then she excepts the terms of engagement and watches as others can when she cannot.

When she does, when the Senorita is no longer guarded, Juliet will curtsy and Ophelia with bow.

Until then, this poem will speak for her, for them, for all of us.
